All reference books contain detailed up-to-day information structured in the following order: name, position, organization structure, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, web-address.
Reference books contain the description of organizations’ and companies’ management structure. Contact details are given not only of heads of companies and organizations, but of all top managers and key managers based on 5 levels of responsibility and up to 30 professional categories. The entries on large holdings, groups of companies and state agencies are provided with the graphic schemes of their management structures (see Examples of entries and graphic schemes).
